White grapes

Black grape

Grapes are the fruit of the vine (Vitis vinifera).

A bunch a day is enough to fill up on anti-aging substances: the berries are rich in flavonoids, antioxidants that fight free radicals

More properly, the grape is an infructescence, that is, a grouping of fruits, called a bunch. The bunch is made up of a stalk (or “stalk”), and numerous berries (also called grains, or more properly berries), small in size and light in color (yellowish-green, yellow, golden yellow) in the case of white grapes, or dark colored (pink, purple or bluish violet) in the case of black grapes.
